Zlatne Ruke is a catalog. When you find a piece, you send an inquiry to the artisan from the product page. You arrange payment and delivery directly, in the way that suits the two of you best.

We are still defining how we will charge. Opening a shop is free at the moment, and we announce any change to sellers in advance, before it takes effect. For buyers, using the catalog is always free.

The artisan organizes delivery herself and arranges it with you in a message (courier service, post office or pickup in person). The cost and the timing depend on the shop.

Go to the Open a shop page, fill in the basic details about your shop and add your pieces. It takes a few minutes.

Since every piece is handmade and the sale goes directly through the artisan, you agree on return terms with her before the purchase.
